Shipping policy
SHIPPING
- All orders will receive full tracking information via email. Orders can be tracked at:https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
- Processing time takes 2-3 Business days. Shipping Time Estimates (US): 7-10 Business days depending where you are located. We only ship in the US.
- For all of our customized items, the orders will approximately take 2-8 weeks to be manufactured and completely processed depending on your custom order, after that, we will ship the item according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.
- Any package considered undeliverable by USPS and/or by their international shipping partners will be canceled, and a refund will be processed once the item is received and handled at our shipping hub.
- Customers will be asked to verify the shipping address via email to avoid inconvenience once the order is in transit. If we will not receive a response confirming the shipping address and the order is already completed, we will be sending the order on the shipping address that the customer has initially provided. By any chance that the delivery will fail because of failure to confirm the shipping address or an incorrect shipping address has been provided, the second delivery will be charged at the customer's expense.
ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE
Here at Drip Lordss, we want to provide the best shopping experience for our customers! While we want to be as accurate as possible when calculating the estimated arrival date of your package, there are some factors that may cause that to change:
- Delays in credit/PayPal approval
- Delays caused by weather conditions
- Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
- APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)
- The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:
- The sufficient time needed to create your custom-made and special ordered items (all custom orders take 4-5 weeks to manufacture)
